We sit down with all clients prior to undertaking the work so that we can totally understand the role,business and culture.We
agree and sign off the job profile together so that we have all the correct information to commence the assignment.We initially
identify potential candidates and undertake telephone interviews with them.When we establish a mutual interest in the particular
vacancy, these candidates are formally interviewed and ultimately a short list is presented to the client,all of whom have
the skills and experience for the job and equally they all want the role! We equally work closely with the candidates and
clients through the offer stage giving advice and support when appropriate, right through until when the successful candidate
takes up their new position.
In simplistic terms this means we are able to understand our clients requirements,talk the same language and ultimately
provide solutions to these needs.
In addition our fee structure have again been acknowledged as competitive, reflecting our commitment to working with
clients on an ongoing basis
